Delivery zones & timeframes
We ship to virtually any address worldwide. Please note that certain products are subject to restrictions depending on the destination country — our team will let you know if your order is affected.
Under normal conditions, your parts are prepared and dispatched in less than 48 hours after your order is confirmed. You will receive an email notification as soon as your parcel is handed over to our carrier, including a tracking number.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. The weight of each item is listed on its product page. In line with our carriers' policies, all weights are rounded up to the next whole unit.
Easy returns, guaranteed refunds
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective part), we cover the return shipping costs.
In most cases, refunds are processed well before the maximum 4-week window.
