The Website constitutes an intellectual work protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and applicable International Regulations. The Customer may not reuse, transfer or exploit for their own account any part of the Website's elements.

The SOXLANA website aims to provide information about all of the company's activities. SOXLANA SENEGAL endeavours to provide information as accurate as possible, but cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or gaps in updates.

SOXLANA undertakes not to process, host or transfer data collected from its Customers to a country outside Africa and the European Union, or recognised as "inadequate" by the European Commission, without first informing the Customer.
SOXLANA SENEGAL commits to taking all necessary precautions to preserve the security of data. In the event of an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of Customer data, SOXLANA will notify the Customer as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.
Incident notification
No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. In the event of a detected security breach, affected Users will be notified so that they may take appropriate action, in accordance with our legal obligations at national and European level.
No personal information is published without the User's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties. Only in the event of an acquisition of SOXLANA would data be transferred to the acquirer, who would then be subject to the same obligations.
To ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, SOXLANA uses networks protected by standard devices including firewalls, pseudonymisation, encryption and passwords. All reasonable measures are taken to protect data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Hyperlinks, cookies and internet tags
The SOXLANA website contains hyperlinks to other sites, set up with SOXLANA SENEGAL's authorisation. However, SOXLANA has no ability to verify the content of these sites and assumes no responsibility in this regard.
