The thermoflash is not only revolutionary, indeed thanks to its infrared technology it can take someone's temperature without making any contact with it. Simply place the Thermoflash at a distance of approximately 5 cm from the patient's forehead for the system to take the measurement on the temporal artery.

Its hygienic side allows it to detect the heat emitted by the temporal artery through the blood flow, without putting the thermometer in direct contact with the skin or mucous membranes unlike conventional thermometers. No contact therefore no disinfection necessary after use (no tip to change) without risk of contamination.

Use To take the body temperature, all you have to do after installing the alkaline batteries is to: Aim at the forehead about 5 cm away, press the thermometer measurement button, the temperature is displayed instantly.

For a contactless thermometer, simply aim at the forehead and stay in position until a measurement is displayed on the screen.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
