The PlayStation 4 (officially abbreviated as PS4) is an eighth generation home video game console developed by Sony Computer Entertainment. Presented on February 20, 2013, it succeeds the PlayStation 3 and competes with the Xbox One from Microsoft and the Wii U then the Switch from Nintendo, competing consoles of the eighth generation.
It was released on November 15, 2013 in the United States and Canada, on November 29 in Europe and Australia, and on February 22, 2014 in Japan. The original model was replaced in 2016 when two hardware revisions were released, the PlayStation 4 called Slim and the PlayStation 4 Pro.
On July 30, 2019, Sony announces on the one hand that its fourth support of living room has sold all over the world 100 million units since its launch in late 2013, and on the other hand that more than a billion games have been sold since its launch. The PlayStation 4 is the second home video game console in history to reach such a figure after the PlayStation 25.6. It is the best-selling console of all types of its generation. Its best-selling game is Grand Theft Auto V, with sales of 19.39 million copies sold on this medium.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
