Create an account or log in, add the parts you need to your cart, then confirm your order by entering your delivery address and payment method. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated.
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been prepared. Contact us as quickly as possible at weneed@soxlana.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Log in to your account and go to My account → My orders. You will find the real-time status of each order. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you by email.
No, an account is required to place an order on Soxlana. Registration is free and allows you to track orders, manage returns and access our offers. Creating an account takes less than 2 minutes.

Yes. Our showroom is located in Dakar. You can visit to browse available parts, order in person and leave with your purchase immediately if the item is in stock. Contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Yes. All parts are covered by the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects. If a defect is identified upon receipt, you have 14 days to report it and up to 2 years to invoke the legal warranty. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
We deliver to the following zones:
Orders are prepared and dispatched in less than 48 hours after confirmation. Delivery times then depend on your location and the carrier selected. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Longer delays may occur during periods of high demand or due to force majeure — we will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery zone. They are clearly displayed in the order summary before payment — no surprises.
First check the tracking using the number sent to you by email. If your order is more than 30 days late with no explanation, contact us at weneed@soxlana.com. If the delay is confirmed and not due to force majeure, you have the right to request cancellation and a full refund.
Yes. Soxlana uses a Thawte EV SSL certificate — the highest standard for securing online payments. All transactions are 256-bit encrypted and a $1.5 million financial guarantee covers any certificate-related incident.
Your bank details are never stored on our servers.
Instalment payments are not yet available online. For larger orders, a deposit followed by a balance can be arranged — contact us at weneed@soxlana.com to discuss.
Prices are displayed in FCFA (West African CFA franc), all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are detailed in the order summary before payment confirmation.
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (wrong part, defective item), we cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are generally issued within a maximum of 4 weeks, including:

Contact us immediately at weneed@soxlana.com with photos of the part received and its packaging. We will arrange the return and a replacement or full refund at our expense, without delay.
On the login page, click "Forgot password". Enter your email address and you will receive a reset link within minutes. Also check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
Log in to your account, then go to My account → Personal information. You can update your name, email address, phone number and delivery addresses there.
To request the deletion of your account and personal data, send an email to weneed@soxlana.com from the address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
