SEALFLEX

DEFINITION
Sealflex is a paint based on modified acrylic resins. When SEALFLEX is applied, it forms a hydrophobic membrane, 100% waterproof, permanent elastic, seamless, without joints or the possibility of leakage, which protects old and new structures effectively and in the long term.

IMPLEMENTATION

SURFACE PREPARATION
Before application, the support must be healthy, dry and free from all traces of contamination. On old support, strip well before any implementation.

APPLICATION METHOD
On porous surfaces, dilute the 1st coat up to 30% with water then apply 2 other coats without dilution. Otherwise, directly apply 2 or 3 crossed coats without dilution until a thickness of 1 to 1.2 mm minimum is obtained to have a good seal, i.e. 1 kg / m2.
Application limit: Do not apply on condensing or frozen substrates at temperatures below 5 ° C or at relative humidity above 70%.
